REDHOUSE HOTEL / MAXTON LODGE Self Catering Apartments are fully self-contained providing superior accommodation with a lounge, one or two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The number shown in brackets is the recommended maximum using bedrooms only. For extra persons, most flats offer a sofa or wall bed in the lounge or a rollaway bed in the bedroom, but these must be requested in advance.
FREE hot water, central heating, electricity, colour television, one car parking space.
FREE linen and beds made for arrival – includes towels and tea towels.
Cots with bedding and high chairs included – please request in advance.
FREE membership of Leisure Club from 7.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. – Indoor and Outdoor Swimming Pools, Spa Pool, Sauna, Gym, Table Tennis.
Solarium, Beauty Salon, Launderette and Pool Table are available at an extra charge.
The Leisure Club is licensed and provides light meals and snacks throughout the day and evening.
DOGS (small and medium only) are welcome in the apartments. Please advise us in advance.
DEPOSIT : £50 per flat per week when confirming.
BALANCE : 6 weeks before arrival date.
CANCELLATION of confirmed bookings received up to 4 weeks prior to the arrival date will be subject to a £10 cancellation fee. After this time a charge will be made of 80% of the tariff if the accommodation cannot be re-let.
INSURANCE : In the event of illness, injury or death prior to arrival of you or any of your party (supported by a Doctor’s Certificate) no charge will be made provided that we are advised immediately by telephone and the full payment for accommodation has been received at least 6 weeks before arrival. This does not apply over Christmas and New Year when you are advised to take up your own insurance against late cancellation.
