DOGS (small and medium only) are welcome and a charge of £3.00 per day will be made (excluding food).
Room and Breakfast and short stay rates will not always be quoted in advance during Summer Season and Bank Holidays.
DEPOSIT : £25 each person with confirmation.
CANCELLATION of confirmed bookings received up to four weeks prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a £10 cancellation charge. After this time a charge will be made of 80% of the terms if the accommodation cannot be re-let.
INSURANCE : In the event of illness, injury or death prior to arrival of you or any of your party (supported by a Doctor’s Certificate) no charge will be made provided that we are advised immediately by telephone and the full payment for accommodation has been received at least 28 days before arrival. This does not apply over Christmas and New Year when you are advised to take up your own insurance against cancellation.
