Red House Hotel terms are per person per night and include VAT. Double Room for single occupancy add £10 per night – subject to availability. All rooms have en-suite bathroom, remote control television, hospitality tray and hairdryer.

The RED HOUSE provides flexibility and you may choose either:
BB Includes: Full English Breakfast.
DBB Includes: Full English Breakfast and a daily changing dinner menu with a choice of two starters, two main courses and two desserts.
Tariffs must be chosen in advance for your entire stay and there is no reduction for meals not taken.
Christmas & New Year
Christmas and New Year at the Red House is an informal occasion with the emphasis on relaxation and enjoyment.
CHRISTMAS (23rd to 28th December) inclusive rates per person: 3 nights – £275 , 4 nights – £300
This includes Dinner and Breakfast, except Christmas Day when a traditional 5 course Lunch will be served.
Extra Nights for those extending their stay at Christmas and New Year: DBB – £50 BB – £42
NEW YEAR Dinner is available on New Year’s Eve, bar meals will be available and the leisure facilities open as normal.
The following rates apply:

Redhouse Children’s Discounts
Family rooms are available and there is a reduction for children sharing with two adults.

Special Family Suite with one king-size double or twin room (with sea view) and one twin-bedded room, sharing a private bathroom. Two persons at full tariff and following rates for additional occupants: Under 6 years – £5 per day. Other ages as above.
Free Cots and High Chairs – please request before arrival.
FREE use of LEISURE CLUB – Indoor and Outdoor Swimming Pools, Spa Pool, Sauna, Gym, Table Tennis.
The Leisure Club is licensed and provides light meals and snacks through the day and evening:
Beauty Salon, Solarium, Launderette and Pool Table are available at extra charge.
FREE Car Parking
DOGS (small and medium only) are welcome and a charge of £3.00 per day will be made (excluding food).
Room and Breakfast and short stay rates will not always be quoted in advance during Summer Season and Bank Holidays.
DEPOSIT : £25 each person with confirmation.
CANCELLATION of confirmed bookings received up to four weeks prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a £10 cancellation charge. After this time a charge will be made of 80% of the terms if the accommodation cannot be re-let.
INSURANCE : In the event of illness, injury or death prior to arrival of you or any of your party (supported by a Doctor’s Certificate) no charge will be made provided that we are advised immediately by telephone and the full payment for accommodation has been received at least 6 weeks before arrival. This does not apply over Christmas and New Year when you are advised to take up your own insurance against cancellation.
